So I have a bunch of resin models highly detailed so I want to be certain the model release is all off so I don't waste time trying to prime/paint the model.

Right now I am putting the models in Tupperware with water and dawn platinum for a few days and shaking them every couple of days till I have time to rinse them off. I am also using a soft toothbrush to scrub the models.

Is the scrubbing required? Or should the release be all off just from sitting for a few days and shaking them?
I am thinking of using simple green for a few hours if it'll help remove it faster.
I am getting tired of the time it takes to scrub the models since they have so many small parts. Trying to find a way that doesn't require scrubbing.

I've though of using a waterpick and such to rinse them and sort of brush them off.
