Miniature game development - Warrior monk

Greetings!

I have been dreaming of creating my own miniature games and hopefully make a living by selling miniatures. I know it will be very difficult to be even moderately successful in this business but I try to remain optimistic.

This will be a fantasy wargame with 28mm scale miniatures. Each player will command a group of 10 to 20 miniatures. My goal is to create a game where you can't rely on luck. In miniature games and especially in skirmish games you are quite often in situation where a result of one dice roll can a huge impact on your chance to win. I don't mean that there won't be any dice rolling but there will be many things you can do to improve your odds. I can't say much about the game itself for now since first I will focus on sculpting the miniatures and when I have the two playable factions then I will focus more on the game design.

So here is the first group of miniatures:

These creatures are known as "Tanu". They are little bit taller than humans and they are very formidable fighters. Their society is split into multiple small nations or city-states which have formed a alliance against their common enemy.

I've sculpted these miniatures by using "ProCreate" sculpting putty and I made pewter casts by using silicone rubber molds. If everything goes as I've planned I will be selling casts of these miniatures soon.

Once you get up and running I'll have to see about adding some of these to my fantasy Asian/samurai army. Do you have any models to put next to one for scale? Warlord games samurai or old clan war figures would be best as that's what's making the lion share of my force.

I am really happy how this miniature turned out. This propably my best work thus far. This miniature is extremely detailed and it took a lot of time to sculpt but I think it was worth it.
