Warhammer Art (August Newsletter and new releases)

Apologies if the old thread is somewhere, I tried to search here but nothing came up.

So anyway, I open my email this afternoon and to my delight, the new newsletter from the Warhammerart team, after so long waiting for new releases, it seems there will be quite a bit of new stuff coming. Be sure to check the website on these dates:
Tuesday 15th August
Tuesday 22nd August
Tuesday 29th August

Their latest release includes the Dark Imperium Ultramarines vs Death Guard art. Now if only they could release the BT codex cover.

https://warhammerart.com/

Here is the full newsletter below

Spoiler:

Hi!

We have been itching to write to you, but with the new Warhammer 40,000 release and a lot going on behind the scenes we’ve had to keep everything under wraps. Now, however, we can finally share some exciting news – over the last several months we have been back and forth to Games Workshop’s head office in Nottingham visiting the team (and of course Bugman’s) and creating a plan to essentially take Warhammer Art into a new dimension. This will include over 40 pieces of stunning content covering Warhammer 40,000, Warhammer Age of Sigmar and The Horus Heresy!

You may notice that there is no longer a Covers category on the website. Don’t worry all the special edition artworks from this gallery are still available, they have just been redistributed into other categories accordingly.

Also, after months of negotiations and a few hurdles to overcome, we are really happy to announce that we will be adding hand-numbered fine art prints to the special edition galleries from £34.99.

All the prints will be produced on an archival 100% cotton paper and hand-numbered with either a 5mm deep bevel cut mount, shipped flat and wrapped in cellophane, or an un-mounted option rolled in a tube, so we can ship a special edition to all of our friends across the world from as little as £9.95. The prints are available now across all special edition galleries. Don't forget there are just 250 of each image!

So while we work away in the background creating this masterpiece of a new look site, we are happy to announce that we will be adding a new piece of artwork to the galleries each week throughout August!

First up – and available to buy now – is:

Title - Ultramarines vs Death Guard
Artist - Igor Sid
Released – 2017 for the new Warhammer 40,000 launch
Description – Primaris Space Marines of the Ultramarines Chapter clash with the putrid Plague Marines of the Death Guard Legion. This epic, iconic painting by Igor Sid was used as the box art for Dark Imperium.

We are sure that you are all acquainted with this scene. Well now it’s available to buy as a special edition hand-numbered fine art print in a variety of products that can adorn your wall for decades to come!
Please make sure you check the site on the following release dates to see what else has been added!
Tuesday 15th August
Tuesday 22nd August
Tuesday 29th August
The reproduction quality of these artworks is truly stunning, fitting for any gallery; across all four sizes available the detail is exceptional! We feel these are perfect additions to what is already an outstanding collection of content on the site!

In other news, we now ship to Canada, as a standard option on the site. We are sure this will come as welcome news to fans over the Atlantic! We are also happy to announce some fantastic new shipping rates to the USA, especially for the larger items, effective as of now. If you are looking to place an order and your country is not featured on the list of options available, then please get in touch with us via the contact page and one of the team will be able to assist with a quote!

As we leave you with this exciting news to digest, we would love to hear your thoughts on anything Warhammer Art related! Let us know what you think of the new content via social media on Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and Tumblr. If you have already purchased a piece from the site and have it on display at home, we would love to see a picture of it. We are so passionate about the quality of what we do it’s always great to see where it ends up!

Further to the above, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers who have purchased editions so far and despite the recent radio silence we continue to be overwhelmed with positive feedback.

We’ll have to leave it there for now, but we can’t wait to bring you more news very shortly!

We hope you enjoy the new content as it’s added every Tuesday in August!

Regards,

Warhammer Art Team

I know many people may not be interested obviously but might aswell update for any that might be.

Tuesday 15th August addition:
Horus Vs The Emperor (2004)
https://warhammerart.com/shop/warhammer-40000/imperium/horus-vs-emperor-2004/

I am personally holding out for the hopeful BT Codex cover but this is one piece I will find hard resisting. This was pretty much the key piece of art for me that has defined everything I knew and loved about Warhammer when I first got into the hobby.
