No, if its not on his datasheet, then he doesn't have it (and they would have FAQ'd it at the same time as Fateweaver if it was a mistake not to be on there).

If it's not on the datasheet, it doesn't have it. The big reason why he doesn't is because he's in the CSM book and they don't have access to the special rules daemons do.

Big question is does he get access to the new CSM powers. He isn't in the CSM book but he does have access to their powers via index.
