				<description><![CDATA[ Hi all,<br /> <br /> Created a list which I hope to get some feedback on where it can be tweaked to be improved! This is meant to be competitive however appreciate it will fall short of top table levels.<br /> <br /> The idea is to have waves of attacks with genestealers (20 squad using Swarmlord to catapult for the first turn, the rest hit 2nd turn regardless).<br /> <br /> This is supported by covering fire from hive guard and biovores (use missed spore mines to trap opponents and prevent falling back)<br /> <br /> Mawloc distraction turn 1.<br /> <br /> As much as possible huddles around the malenthropes bubble for turn 1 -1)<br /> <br /> Anyway list is as follows<br /> <br /> Battalion Detachment<br /> 2xHQ (462 points)<br /> Broodlord<br /> Swarmlord<br /> <br /> 3x Troops (540 points)<br /> 20 Genestealers<br /> 15 Genestealers<br /> 10 Genestealers<br /> <br /> Fast Attack (98 points)<br /> 3 Shrikes (2 deathspitters 1x devourer)<br /> <br /> Spearhead Detachment<br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> (90 points)<br /> 1 Malenthrope<br /> <br /> Heavy Support (249 points)<br /> 2x Biovores<br /> 2x Biovores<br /> 1x Mawloc<br /> <br /> Vanguard Detachment<br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> (162 points)<br /> Broodlord<br /> <br /> Elites (399 points)<br /> 3x Hive Guard  with Impaler<br /> 3x Hive Guard  with Impaler<br /> 3x Tyrant Guard<br /> <br /> Anyway there you go!<br /> <br /> Feedback on what to drop and ideas of course welcome!<br /> <br /> <br />   <br /> <br /> ]]></description>

Deep strike in your swarmlord and 20 genestealers and get the 1st turn guaranteed assault.<br /> <br /> Not a fan of the shrikes personally, but <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(274);'>ymmv</span>.</div></blockquote><br /> <br /> Yeah that makes sense and I must admit that's where I started with the list but after a few games, I found if you played anyone with an option to scount or essentially move a unit post deployment (scouts/sentinels etc) they could increase the 9" bubble so that I couldn't get a massed charge where I wanted to.<br /> <br /> With the Swarms ability this idea is that the largest genestealer unit will still get a first turn charge with move/advanceX2 and charge, however I will have a turn to eat through some chaff!<br /> <br /> Must admit I haven't used thr shirkes yet! that is very much a last minute choice....just wanted synapse that could keep up witht he front runners and jump about if required!<br /> ]]></description>
