Also they are pricey, I'd drop them. Regular Land Speeders actually do better but are still not very good. But at least they still fit the theme.

Camo cloaks are great but pricey. Also take a missile launcher on one scout to both be able to use the Flakk missile statagem and the Hellfire stratagem for 2d3 mortal wounds extra per turn.

I'd drop something thunderfire cannon. I know that whirlwinds are better but it can repair preds. Great with Chronos combo. If you switch to landspeeders a whirlwind autohits with that combo stratagem. But at this point you might spend a lot of command points/turn.
