Just shortly introducing myself. I've been playing since 2005 Warhammer 40K, and have seen as you old Vets all Editions from 4.th to now.
I enjoyed plaing at the local Games Workshop HQ in Duesseldorf, before GW merged all departments to UK in 2014...

I do still play since then the Imperial Guard Cadian 8th. Regiment with a lot of pts... with some buddies locally

Also I own a lot of others armies which are in pipeline since:
SOB
IG - Elysian DT
SM - Red Scorpions
Tyranids
CSM - Khorne

That's an impressive roster of armies, I wonder how you find the time to paint them all!

That is exactly the problem, Guard is ongoing project since then. Especially when you own nearly 20k pts
