I'd say as long as the models are recognisable and standout amongst the rest of your force (possibly a separate paint job, typically the best way to spot Rubricae) few opponents would give much of a fig. Having full-on proper Rubrics that have nothing to do with their parent legion is a bit iffy. I think a snippet of background somewhere says the Black Legion have managed to replicate the effects of Ahriman's spell, so it's not TOTALLY unreasonable but it seems like the kind of thing only someone with incredible resources and cream-of-the-crop psykers could pull off. As per the black legion series when Khayon killed a sorceror he was able to control his rubrics.
