I was just wondering what colours you think would replicate this best?

The image is pretty poor quality. I will undercoat black then probably drybrush some sort of grey to highlight the armour, but I don't know the GW colours enough to know what to do for the orange red bits. Bronze trim with sepia wash/brown wash
Mephiston red
Dark brown for staff.

Bases
Paint Blazing orange first,
Paint scab red over that leaving orange exposed.
