No more advice then normal for putting kits together. Clean your mold lines, dry fit everything first, check your contact points for where to apply glue. Assemble/prime in parts so you can get a brush in where you need it.

Regarding painting Eldar tanks - paint them in sub-assemblies. Then assemble after the fact. They're quite easy.
