The idea is that the list wpuld play fast and agressive with Vulkan and the melta vets in the flamer razorback, the melta lieutenant and the melta tac squad in a lasback, and a flamer tac squad in a lasback. The cc scouts ride up in front to coincide with the reiver deep strike and the snipers and devestators provide covering fire while supported by the vanilla lieutenant (some of them would be in the bubble anyway)
