Kind of a returning player here, I played maybe 2 games of 40K somewhere around 91, 92, I had a small Blood Angels army, a similar sized Ork army and had just started collecting some chaos as well. Life happened (as it does) and after not using any of it for about 10 years I gave it all to a friends son who was just starting in the hobby.

Cut to a couple of months ago and the release 8th edition and here I am! Dark Imperium unwrapped, first 5 Plague Marines painted.

Plan is to have Death Guard a a main army to collect and play while maybe using the Spesh Mahreens from the DI box as Space Wolves (hoping for a codex drop in the new year?), but as a slow background collection, secondary army.

I'll be trawling the forums looking for small Death Guard army builds, but stand by for random questions from an out of date player!
