I like the model but I think it’s just not big or impressive enough to be “to a Hive Tyrant what a Hive Tyrant is to a Termagant”. I’m on a limited budget (until after Christmas at least ) but I was wondering any not too complex ways to make him:

A. Just a bit taller and more menacing. Probably by changing the leg pose?

B. Make use of a Trygon body. I’ve got a badly painted one lying around that I could strip down and modify - was wondering if anyone could give me some tips on how it’s done.

Any suggestions or alternative ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Second thought was a mix the carnifex kit and hive tyrant kit. It would require a bit of chopping and repositioning but if memory serves the carni legs are slightly bigger then the tyrants.

Not currently able to double check atm but I'll do a comparison when I get home. Maybe something else will come to me by then too.

This is what I was thinking of with the Trygon. Don’t know what else I would need for it (only have the hive tyrant kit and the parts of a Trygon to mess around with). At the very least I’d need to model some new bone sabers (he’s meant to slice tanks, not vegetables)
