I played a 500 pt Tournament over the weekend with Pox walkers and even though I took hardly any casualties, I scored very little VP points either.

I would recommend at least one unit of cultists, who can "Dead Walk" to become poxes, and provide a little shooting up the board.

Two Powers should always be Miasma and Putriescent Vitality, and the other two should be Blades and Gift of Contagion. These will all buff up your pox walkers or plague Marines.

The Rhino is good for absorbing Overwatch and being annoying.
