I have a couple eBay lots I've just put up: one for 25 Bloodletters (mostly unbuilt, a couple were painted and stripped), one for 21 Dark Imperium Plague Marines, and one for a large lot of my Sons of Medusa army.

For the Sons:

I've got a unit of bikes, 5 full Tactical Squads, 13 Sternguard, several Heavy and Special Weapons Marines, 8 incomplete Honour Guard models, and my own Vaylund Cal conversion.

Every model is fairly heavily converted using GW Iron Hands kits, 3rd party Bionics bits, techmarine servo arms, 30k Iron Hands parts, and so on. Most Special Weapons are attached to the backpacks via Servitor Servo Arms. 30-odd marines have Forge World Boarding Shields for Zone Mortalis.
