I've recently started painting my new space marines army and looking for some tips for glowing green plasma effects. In particular I want to do something similar to this (https://www.games-workshop.com/en-WW/Space-Marines-Primaris-Redemptor-Dreadnought) only in green

What colours should I use and what technique is better: drybrushing or layering?
