Which wash for a Blood Slaughterer?

I've finished my Slaughterer, and am looking to add depth and wash as a final touch. I already painted it with Khorne Red, Brass Scoprion for the trim and part of the meta, leadbelcher for the other metals, and screaming skull for the skulls. I also already put plenty of typhus corrosion on him to give it an incredibly dirty look, like it's been running rough shod through the warzone. Would a wash be nessesary? And if so, what would be the best for adding depth to an already fairly muted model due to the typhus paint?

If you're looking for one wash for the whole model, Agrax Earthshade.

But really, washes are part of the painting process and Typhus is, more or less, weathering, which one would generally do after completing painting, unless there's a specific reason to do things in a different order. Given TC has a texture, I'm not sure how it'd look with a wash over it, but I've not used it a lot.

Earthshade is a good choice. I chose to ink the red parts with the classic gw red ink. I'd understand if you don't have that one. But after I did an edging with army painter red wash, equivalent to
Carroburg Crimson. Pooling up along the inside edges. Then using a watered down Chestnut gw ink use it to shade the brass edging. I think a good substitute would be P3 brown ink.
