Modeling a FW custodes dreadnoughts with 40k contemptor weapons.

A quick question on some brainstorming I've been doing.

I love the look of the FW contemptor custodes dreadnoughts, but I want to convert them to be normal Contemptor dreads by swapping their weapons. Cost aside, would anyone complain that while the bodies look different, the armaments are 100% legal and WYSIWYG for gameplay purposes?

As far as I am aware the custodes contemptor is a little bit bigger than a normal Contemptor, but I don't think this will matter too much, as I'm sure people will want to ensure it's armed with legitimate weapons and not a proxy job. I'm planning to carefully cut at the best logical joints, so as to keep as much of the custodes ornate armour as possible, even adding green stuff embellishment to the close combat weapon to match the telemon dreadnought fist.
