Anyway, I've searched and seems there are lots of tips to get the paints off, but Im gonna ask yet again, what is the cheapest way to get the paint off?

Ive seen oven cleaner, nail Polish remover, graffiti remover which I already gave in my house.

Then there's the simply green I've read about. Is that available in the US? I don't plan on stripping many models...

It depends a lot on the paint applied to the miniature. Most paints strip off easily enough with a paint brush after an evening or over-night soak.
