I think stormravens are a bit on the expensive side now, with there point increase, fielding more than one is inadvisable imho. However if you field one, you can use my company veteran tactic as well, swapping the plasma for melta. However, what i really like to do, and it's especially fluffy with black Templars, is combine them with an outrider detachment of sisters, take celestine as your warlord and bring some seraphim as a bodyguard, go hand flamers with them for anti horde, then take two five man dominion squads, 3 melta guns each, put both squads in a sororitas repressor from FW, it has twin heavy flamer and 6 firing points. Dominions can double move on turn 1 and this ability extends to the transport. Now you'll have six bs 3 melta guns, in range turn 1, firing safely from inside the transport. Plus a very fluffy force with the three named BT characters in it plus celestine, the emperor's finest!

Here's a draft of kinda what I'm talking about. I wrote this list a while back, I think it's fluffy while also being actually pretty good. I mean the list is putting out 30 strength 10 powerfist attacks a turn, re rolling hits and generating extra attacks on 6's. 10 plasma guns, 6 melta guns, 14 storm bolters, 5 twin assault cannons, and that doesn't include the characters load outs. The entire list is protected by vehicles and and thus can be all over the board quickly if it needs to be, and is only 8 drops total for a usual +1 to go first.
