This is roughly what I’m taking in 1250, would like your critique to trim da fat:

DG Battalion
Hq1: Typhus (poxwalkers boosting powers obviously)
Hq2: Prince of Nurgle, wings, sword, x 1 talons, Relic = supparating plate, [Warlord; trait = Living Plague]

Troops 1: 10 Cultists
Troops 2: 10 Cultists
Troops 3: 20 poxwalkers
Troops 4: Nurglings

Tzeentch Daemons Battalion

Hq3: Changemaster, staff of change
Powers = flickering fire, gaze of fate, smite

hq4: Prince of Tzeentch, wings, sword, x 1 talons, Relic = The Impossible Robe.
Powers = gaze of fate, smite

Troops 5: 30 Pinks, Icon
Troops 6: 10 Brimstones
Troops 7: 10 Brimstones

90 ish points for reinforcements (blues for splits, and keeping the horrors near the poxwalkers so that each time horrors get shot, both the horrors and poxwalkers get bigger with poxwalkers stratagem and split)
