I have seen the one little explanation on how someone achieved this but it was so vague I didn’t understand it.

If anyone could give me advice on how to achieve this that would be awesome
Also beside red green and purple what would be a good skin tone for this style carpace. I was thinking a darkish grey with lighter grey highlights
