In my FLGS they had to reduce the price of the GW sealant to even shift their stock. And even with the "sale" price, it took them running out of army painter sealant to finally shift them.

Results are inconsistent, and it's far more susceptible to environmental factors than others. I've been using Testors Dull Coat since I was a wee lad (I'm 54), and it's results are boringly predictable, no matter the temp or humidity. I've also used "hardware store" cans of matte lacquer with good results.
