Let's do the math. 5 Long Fangs w MM + Pack Leader is 219 points.
They come onto the board to do their shooting. They will be hitting on 4+ with reroll 1's. This gives us around 2.9 hits from the 5 shots.
For the below calculations I will assume you are in half range. So depending on your target you will do the following:
Against T7 3+, 1.9 wounds with no save. Causing 8.4 damage on average.
Against T8 3+, 1.5 wounds with no save. Causing 6.7 damage on average.


IMO you are better off using Lascannon Long Fangs.
