It’s been a while since I put together my scout bikers.

I did just build some normal scouts over the last two days. The basic scout kit looks to have grooves to help line things up, and they do seem to default to a bit farther forward, but I think the toros look to be the same size. If you cut the guides off, you can use the biker arms. I’m using spare biker arms currently with no problems

Judging from what you've told me, it looks like I'll need to convert the arms a bit shorter to reduce the hunchback. Do you have any photos of scouts & bikes I can use as a reference? Looking at them side by side, I think they are basically identical in structure. I think the bikes tend to encourage the arms to be set a bit farther back, but that might just be my shoddy assembly from back in the day.
