Renegades and Heretics - Apoc modifications

I’ve got a huge amount of RaH that I typically just run as “traitor” AM for competitive games. As a result, I have a lot of AM tanks that RaH can’t by definition of the rules take. I’m starting to get interested in DG and renegade knights and CSM. Would it break anything if in larger games e.g. apoc games I changed the following:

A - RaH takes two rolls for leadership. D6+2 for normal infantry, and 2d6 take the highest +3 for any unit with the fanatic rule. The purpose of this is with two brigades running around, plus so many renegade commanders, keeping track of individual leaderships will just become confusing, and big the game down. I already make some mistakes at 2000 points with a single brigade. I can’t imagine 10000 points with 50+ different random leaderships on the board.

B - RaH may take Tank Commanders and any Astra Militarum vehicle. They lose the Imperium keyword and gain Chaos. They lose all access to orders. Instead of regiment, they take a covenant (which hilariously enough only applies to infantry).

My intent is not to break the game. My intent is just to play an enjoyable apoc game with all my models. I’d just like to take my shadowsword and stormlord, malcador infernus, cyclops demolition vehicles, etc along side my Renegades and death guard. Is there any vehicles that could break this? Is there any reasons people should object?

If it's an apoc game, then you could just run the AM rules. Apoc doesn't care about battleforged and allies. You could still bring any R&H units that are unique, but the armies wont share buffs.
