Long time skulker, 1st time poster..

Am going to a tournament in September where it'll be 1750 points per army and max 3 detachments, where one has to be either a batallion, patrol or brigade.. only 1 LOW allowed per army max..

 

Thought I'd try my hand at chaos cultist spam

 

Please see below and would appreciate any tips or suggestions to improve the list as I normally play Imperium..

Looking likely that there will be Ad-Mech, Eldar, 1000 Sons and Death Guard opponents at the tournament..

Plan is to use 4 of the 16 CP straight away and use forward operatives on the big blob of cultists with the champion and apostle in tow..1 CP for an extra relic.. T1, use Votlw and endless cacophony to clear out any chaff.

 

Abaddon sits in backfield giving rerolls to heavy bolters and poss sicaran and decimator too.. Sorcerer to pump any thing in target and prince mops up anything that gets to close.. bolters reduce down hordes, sicaran and decimator shoot at high armour targets or opposing Lords Of War as assuming I will face Morty and Magnus..

What would you suggest to add in /take out?...

Was going to rely on sicaran and decimator to target bigger stuff..

4 knights would probably be too much.. option would be to use strategem to change psychic power and give sorcerer Death He's and use the cultists to shoot.. and hope number of shots should reduce the knights down..

Could consider a squad of havocs with lascannon...but what to take out for the 165 points?..
