Poxwalker Swarms after the Big FAQ

So after the big FAQ my favorite part of my DG army died. Good 'ol Poxwalkers. I understand the abuse of the rules in tournaments caused them to get nerfed back to the Eye of Terror.

But here is a rule I thought up (untested on the table, but mathhammered) instead of limiting the unit to it's max size, why not change the abused stratgem, The Dead Walk Again. Instead of a guaranteed you get one model for everyone that dies near them. Why not roll a 4+ or 5+ for allies that die near them. (This also makes the strategem able to be tuned.)

A second proposed rule is to increase the max unit size to 30, and change to wording of the rule to allow units to increase their size with new models up to the maximum size, instead of starting size.

As it is there is no reward for being able to walk a poxwalker horde up the table after 3 rounds of doing nothing but be shot at. And unless you are up against berserkers or blood angels no one wants to be in combat with them.

If anyone else has posted about this and I didn't see it please point me to the post.
