They are not glued yet but are dry fitted in and it looks like It might make for a kind of interesting aesthetic, especially if I can find something to make it look like the tree parts have green leafy stuff on them.

But, it raided a question, Would orks be into gardening or planting trees at all? Why would plants be growing out of a tank some orks repatched back together again? More seriously, though, fungus is more in keeping with an Orky aesthetic than trees. But I could see a particularly eccentric Mekboy using trees as part of some wacky photosynthetic solar power charger for his 'kustomized' ride.
