Ork Deathskull colors

Hey guys I'm trying to motivate myself to finish my Ork models and then paint them. I really like the deathskull color scheme of the new buggy from the upcoming Speed Freeks. The skin is painted a vibrant bright almost nurglish green with a light blue for the warpaint. Any idea how they achieve this look? The ork painting tutorials on warhammer tv have ork skin as a more darker shade or dull green compared to what I would like. I assume I will have to prime my Orks white to achieve this look. The normal washes GW use will probably not work with what I have in mind. Can someone point me in the right direction as to what paints I might need? I'm hoping to achieve this effect with as few steps like a base coat, top coat, a wash and maybe a highlight.
