Is there any aestetic difference between the Lieutenants and a sergeant besides some striped helmet and minor bling?

Can they use the special Shoulder pads off the sergeant kit?

Are there any individual markings or specific helmet color for them? Can't seem to find much in the codex or fluff sites.

DI box were based on 40mm, rather then 32mm. Not sure about the other ones they have made.
