So I'm new here, and I'm thinking of how to turn my Dark Imperium box set into a relatively-strong army in the long term. I'm thinking this list looks pretty good as something to build towards, although I'm not really familiar with the local meta.

After reductions for Death Visions of Sanguinius and the extra relic, I'll be starting battles with 11 CP
