Im currently having issues after i apply a basecoat the paint seems to chip off/wear off. Ive sprayed chaos black undercoat then leadblecher and applied 3thin coats of mephiston red, but the red seemss to chip off if i scratch it with my.nail after its dried for 30min or so.
