Currently what I have on the models is:
Citadel Black Primer layer
Army Painter Alien Purple layer
Some have citadel yellows painted on the detail work (but not many)

Ideally I'd like to grab a can of yellow army painter and give that base coat another try but I'm not sure it is possible without obscuring detail.
