PVC foam board - how do you get it, what should it cost, and what is it called in Norwegian?

I see PVC foam board everywhere in terrain tutorial these days, and aparently its dirt cheap and easy to get a hold of.

Living in Norway I don't even know what to ask for in a hardware store, furthermore I suspect, Norway being what it is, it won't be dirt cheap.

Does anyone have an idea on either a nice place to order it online, or other ways to get it. Where there might be scraps left over. etc.

That would typically make up the rock etc while PVC foam board would be the base.

I got mine from here

http://www.plasticstockist.com/Plastic-Off-Cuts/Palfoam-Foam-PVC-Sheet/White-Matt-Foamed-Pvc-Sheet.aspx

They might do shipping to Norway and the offcut shets only cost pennies each. Note that im usually based in the UK, so dont believe the location flag!

In terms of material name ive seen: foam PVC; foamed pvc; PaLight; Foamex; Forex.

The 3mm thick stuff seems to be the right thickness for most walls and floors and is thin enough to be easy to handle. 5mm thick stuff is pretty ,uch bomb proof but is more expensive and harder to work.

(457 x 250 seems like mm).

But. What about the T/D at 1.0 and 2.0, is that also mm?

Also, what is their UK postage costs like?
