If a chapter that was a master of a specific type of warfare, like seige warfare, we're to be allied with a chapter that was known fora different field of expertise, like! Guerilla warfare, but the guerilla warfare chapter was needed in a battle where siege warfare expertise was paramount the imperial fists might dispatch a few consultants to aid the chapter that was out of it's element. That would be in any same universe.
