I thought it'd be a good idea if we could list out all of the "gore-y" trophies in Warhammer, which I think would be handy for the Chaos, Ork and Dark Eldar/Aelf collecters here. Maybe some other armies too. Feel free to mention non-Games Workshop bits too of course!

For Characters/Infantry:
Fingers/skulls on the Night Lord champions shoulderpad and a bunch more stuff on the Night Lords Chaos Lord.
Bloodbound Magore and Garrek are holding skulls.
Bloodbound chaos spear with skulls on it
Crypt Ghouls have one model holding onto half a corpse/skeleton and one with a skeleton torso on its back
Korsarro Khan has a nicely detailed severed head attached to his waist.
chaos terminators' spikes have trophies.

For vehicles/Monsters:
Chaos space marine rhino trophy rack and spikes, marine squad comes with an Icon of Nurgle that has a skeleton torso on it and the
Penitent engine has two full-sized human trophies.
The Corpse cart has TONNES of potential trophies on it's sprue.
Crypt Horrors have a big ole detailed corpse torso on one of their backs.
Deadwalker zombies (Hanging Skeleton, standard pole, various heads, arms, intestines, etc, pretty much anything from this kit is good).
Orruk battle standard and shield with a hand stuck to it .
Warhammer Giant/aleguzzler gargant has a squashed goblin, skeleton in a torture case thingy and a skeleton signpost. It also has a cow that you could stick sword into and put on a Rhino if you were feeling creative. That's probably more of an Ork trophy though.
Festus has a half-melted guy on his knees that could be used as a slave.
