Do they have some sort of Arch-Heretek or Here-tek World or Cult that, if given a reasonable chance of victory might just Divert a lot of their resources to stamping out?

Doesn't have to be a Primarch-level threat, but somehow evokes the same relationship as in "Yeah.. We want THAT guy/group dead!"
