It has a couple of weird characteristics that make me think it's just custom or edited:
  • weirdly oriented serifs
  • kinda wide-set spindly lines
  • zoomed it doesn't look particularly "professional"

    • If anyone has recognized the X from somewhere or wondered this and solved it themselves please let me know.     its no font I've ever seen.

    and a quick google for upturned serifs brings up nothing.
