For example: Does Rogal Dorm actually talk and act like he does in TTS in actual lore? TTS is generally a pisstake. Dorn's personality in TTS is flanderized to the extreme but Dorn was indeed level-headed and taciturn and didn't have much use for humour, but he wasn't as literal minded as he is portrayed in TTS.

TTS's description of the War in Heaven and the nature of the Chaos Gods is pretty spot on though. Well, I'm obviously not using it for research purposes, though they do take on some aspects of lore in a comedic way.
