Silly putty - where to get it? What are other names for it? (Non-US)

I repeatedly come across silly putty being used for airbrush masking.

And it's supposedly dirt cheap.

Living in Norway I just haven't been able to dig it up.

I haven't found a Norwegian name for it, I haven't found a good place to order it online.

Main problem is that the sources I do find either don't ship to Norway (Amazon) or they have ridiculous shipping costs ( eBay or elsewhere) And I never do find it priced at a few dollars which it apparently should be.

And often searches result in other kinds of more slimy putty in stead and I'm not risking messing up my paint job with those.
The only thing I can think of is Blutack. It is sticky but it is used a lot in model making for marking out camoflage etc, and as far as I know won't lift paint as long as the paint is dry. In the UK, you can get it in many different shops; Newsagents, DIY stores, art shops as well as model shops. Forgot about office supply shops..

Over here in Germany it's sold under various trade names by various adhesive manufacturers, usually sold in DIY stores, office supply stores or supermarkets. I did a quick google and found UHU Patafix is also sold in Norway.

https://www.modulor.de/en/uhu-patafix-homedeco-adhesive-pads.html

Blu tack is like one of the least sticky sticky substances out there. It's meant for putting up posters on walls etc. What you did there by the sounds of it was press it in too hard, which is not the fault of the material but the user.
