How to remove Biostrip20 residues?

I've stripped decals form an Hotwheels car with Biostrip20 (as done many times before) but this time it left a rough and dry residue on surfaces where I applied it. I tried to put the model in more biostrip to see if it will someway "bond" with the residue and it slightly worked, but not fully. If I scratch it, it seems it come away, but it's very time consuming and it doesn't come off clean. Much like glue residues. Any suggestions on how to get rid of the stuff?

A rinse under the tap has always worked for me. But i use it to remove paint, not decals.

Could it be the glue from the decal that's left behind, not the BioStrip? In which case I'd guess the slow scratching method might be all you've got.

How to remove Biostrip20 residues?

Thanks for reply. It wasn't glue form the decal as the residues were wider than the decal and covered all the surface I where I "painted" biostrip on.

In the end, I was able to remove most of it with a strong brush, once dried.
