Now that to me means I can build every CSM in the box with chainsword and pistol, maybe the sergeant has an axe, or two sergeants have axe and power maul. I'm sat here with 8 CSM built, and the only other close combat weapon is the power maul for the 2nd sergeant. I suspect it comes from the foolish notion that players will play the GW 'intended way', that is with some variety and thematic way, rather than building armies based on a WAAC
