				<title>Vehicle canopies: customized?</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Has anyone ever made their own plastic canopy for a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(3);'>40k</span> vehicle.....preferably without using a vacuum former.<br /> <br /> I have a goal of someday replacing the panel in a Hammerhead that has the "visor" with a clear canopy and cockpit that has Longstrike.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Going to be rather difficult to copy that series of curves without a vacformer.<br /> <br /> Yeah, you could do it with a clear resin cast - but you will still require damn good mould making skills AND both the knowledge of how to cast glass-clear parts AND the hardware to do so (bubble removal is key).]]></description>
