Yes they are the same size bottles. I have several acrylic racks from Back 2 Base-ix (https://www.back2base-ix.com/the-rack-straight-section-all-paint-large-acrylic.html) and the ones for the dropper bottles take the Vallejo, MIG and Scale Colour paints.

If you look at the rack linked above, in the description section for the Brands, it lists the holes for these dropper bottles as being 25.5 mm. Each of these bottles is 17ml too.
