That said, twin Vindicators and twin maxed Assault Centurions with Hurricane Bolters would get pretty close. ...well, ok, technically you can soup him in, but if you do that he's not considered to be the same keyword as your Successor chapter and only his rules that apply to all Imperium units would apply to the rest of your Marines.

If I were going to make specific recommendations I'd say Gulliman, a couple of Vindicators, a couple of 4-man Assault Centurions, three 5-man Intercessor squads with Autobolters and Power Fist upgrades, and a Librarian or Chaplain to taste, see how many points that leaves you.
