I have some Harlequins and really wanted to add some creatures to the models and bases, do you know of any creatures that inhabit the webway? I know warp spiders are some but any others? I would like to imagine some sprite-like creatures spill out of the webway gates to cause mischief.

There's always Commorragh, though. All sorts of beasties are kept in there and any of these could run away at some point. I actually like the idea of a bunch of predators that escaped ages ago and have managed to breed into a viable population. IRL cities are artificial creations too, but many animals have adapted to it as their new 'natural' ecosystem. Given the age and nature of the webway within the context of the 40k setting, it would make quite a lot of sense for all sorts of creatures to have set up shop. Not to mention any adaptations to their surroundings.
