Question regarding the celestial hurricanum/Luminark kit.

Hi all, in my quest for amusing AoS armies I recently discovered a steam tank list and I wanted to put a spin on it.
The plan is to use steam tanks for my army, but to keep it interesting I plan on converting a few into a hurricanum/luminark.
I’ve never had this kit though so I’m at a slight loss.

Is it possible to build the top sections for both or do they share key parts please?
Was hoping 1 kit would provide the parts for me to convert 2 tanks into 1 of each.

As a slight side note, does anyone know of any bits sites that sell these parts even?
I’ve scoured eBay and no luck and some googling has also pulled up nothing.

Thanks.
