You can still see black under the blue and specially under the brown base.
It looks like you drybrushed, but it looks like you had too much paint still on the brush. Use less paint on your brush, you can test it out on your thumb nail. Other than that, it looks good. He is not pretty up close, but I think you have a great gritty table top standars going. A few units in this style together will look ace.

You could be more careful with details like the shoulder pad trim, but all in all I think I prefer this to a super clean "studio" paintjob.
