Take the legs and head from an IG model (imaged below was from the Basilisk sprue), and use Tau torso, arms, and guns.

I'm sure I'm nowhere near the first to do this, but I was so pleased with the result, and it's so dead easy, I thought I'd share.

I'm sure this would work perfectly for a squad of Fire Warriors as well.[spoiler]
